Your recovery journey, step by step

From your first call through to life after the program — here is what the Transformations journey looks like in Hervey Bay.

  1. First contact

    You call or submit a form. Our team will have an honest conversation about your situation, answer your questions, and discuss whether the program is right for you. No pressure, no obligation.

  2. Intake & assessment

    Once you decide to proceed, our team completes a clinical intake assessment to understand your needs and match you with the right support pathway.

  3. Residential program

    You live on-site at our facility and participate in structured daily therapeutic activities, group sessions, individual case management, and peer community support.

  4. Transition & aftercare

    Before you leave, we work with you on a transition plan. Our Leadership Development pathway and ongoing community support are available after the program ends.
